HTML content is sandboxed, so I would assume this is why it doesn't appear in search results. What are you using HTML tables for? It may be worthwhile considering changing them into Wikidot syntax...

Thanks for the reply. Will everything show up properly if I use CSS for my tables? I'm mostly just using them for listing equipment/skills for the online game. Most of them are like the one you viewed.
